Please make all checks payable to Environmental Compliance Management Corporation. No refunds given unless ECMC cancels the class. Substitutions and swiching to future class dates is acceptable with our written permission. Tuition is for training that is offered and not for successful completion of course. Student is responsible for full costs incurred for class in event his sponsor fails to pay. All documentation is sent to individual or agency that has paid for the training.
